Mexican gastronomy was declared an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO, so Mexico not only has an extraordinary cultural wealth, but also an incredible culinary richness, which has been testimony of different historical moments of the country; full of colors, flavors and textures.

Also, our logo is made up of different symbols, which are part of the gastronomic world from our ancestors: fire, harvest, seeds, hand.
